This website introduces the NoteShot app and lets people join the NoteShot waitlist.

What data is processed

If you join the waitlist, the website processes the email address you enter. The site may also process basic technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device information, and request logs.

Waitlist processing

Waitlist submissions are intended to be handled through Brevo. If the Brevo integration is temporarily unavailable, the site can fall back to opening a prefilled email draft addressed to the controller so the request can be sent manually.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process server logs and technical request data as part of hosting and delivery.

Legal basis

The waitlist is processed on the basis of your request to receive launch information and the controller's legitimate interest in operating and promoting the product.

Retention

Waitlist data is stored until it is no longer needed for launch communication, or until you ask for deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also contact the relevant data protection supervisory authority.
